For vendor management teams

PROCUREMENTFAQ.

The questions vendor management and procurement teams usually ask before a production partner gets past first review.

Can you work with our procurement process?

Yes. We're used to routing through vendor onboarding, purchase orders and multi-stakeholder sign-off. Tell us what your process requires and we'll fit the engagement plan to it.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes, as a matter of course for unannounced launches, rebrands and any confidential project. We can sign yours or provide ours.

How do approvals work?

Treatments and the production plan are signed off before a shoot day is booked, and cuts move through one point of contact rather than an open thread. Revision scope is agreed in writing at the proposal stage.

How is usage and licensing handled?

Usage rights are scoped to the deliverable and its intended use (campaign, region, platform, duration) and set out in the engagement agreement before production starts.

Who owns the final assets?

Ownership and usage terms are defined in the engagement agreement. Ask your producer for the specific terms that apply to your project.

Can you work within existing brand guidelines?

Yes. We work inside an existing brand system (typography, color, tone, logo usage) rather than around it.

Can you manage multi-location or multi-property production?

Yes. Our hospitality and multi-property work is planned as a single production with a shared schedule, not separate bookings per location.

How do timelines work?

Timelines are set against your launch date during the Develop stage of our process and held once the production plan is signed. See How We Work for the full sequence.

How are production costs structured?

Engagements are scoped per project rather than sold off a price list. You'll receive a proposal that reflects the specific scope discussed on the call, not a package.

Who do we talk to about vendor documentation?

Company, billing and compliance details are covered on the Vendor Information page. For anything not listed there, reach us directly and we'll get it to your team.
